I have been involved in healthy living and personal development for over thirty years and have helped and inspired hundreds of people with this acclaimed technique using my unique skills of observation and gentle healing touch. I have a particular interest in helping people to age well as we really don't need to seize up as we get older.

 

During a lesson I will observe your posture and movement habits and use my hands to release muscle tensions while guiding your body into a place of balance. A good part of each lesson is done lying down (fully clothed) on a treatment couch, which is very calming and relaxing. The rest of the time I will observe your habits of standing, walking and sitting and activities that you routinely do such as using a computer. You will be encouraged to develop a new sense of awareness to apply in your everyday life and learn how to make your body function better for you. The touch used is very gentle but the results are very powerful which often surprises people. A common comment is that it feels like magic!

 

I can honestly say that the Alexander Technique is the best thing that I ever came across and I'm passionate about passing my knowledge on to others.
